We verified that it's real amber. And not resin with a gemologist. This BUDDHA weighs 1956 grams (4 POUNDS 5 OZ). He stands 12 1/2" inches tall by 5 1/2".

Inches wide and 3 1/2 inches thick. There are several cracks (see pics) - 1 that goes from the left side of his neck down along his chest. 1 that runs from the top of his head to his neck and down his left should and one that runs around the side of his head. There are a couple of small chips as well. There is a name of the previous owner on the bottom.
