Vintage CHINESE Gilt Sterling Silver Cherry Amber Bakelite 2 Stand Necklace

  
This is a very nice vintage, possibly antique cherry amber bakelite Chinese gold gilt silver choker necklace. The necklace has 2 strands of large cherry red / cognac colored beads. The pictures are pretty true to color but the beads may be a tad bit brighter. The large beads measure just over 1/2 an inch wide or 14.25 mm wide. The beads are accented with gold gilt silver mesh cylinder beads. The beads test positive for cherry bakelite with Simichrome. The necklace has a very large fancy Chinese gold gilt silver clasp that matches and enhances the bead necklace. The total length of the necklace is 16 1/4 inches long. Since the necklace is short and chunky it will fit like a choker. The clasp is marked CHINA SILVER. VERY nice condition with a small gap at the ends of the clasp side. See the photo for details.
