Antique Victorian Amber Necklace Genuine Faceted Amber Beads Dark Cherry (5395)

  

Measurements: Please note that ruler in'photos is in inches. The entire necklace is approximately 77.5cm long. The biggest, central bead is approx 2 cm long. Total weight is approx 38.3 grams.

Hand-cut faceted amber in a wonderful very deep / dark cherry color that glows with inner fire. The beads are well matched in color and graded in size with the largest bead in front. The color is reminiscent of Georgian garnets. The amber is transluscent and has a magical glow, with the light reflecting gently from the facets. Condition: since this is antique amber, there is negligible wear commensurate with age, (see magnified'photos).
