Bakelite, Amber FATURAN preyer Beads

  

This is a very attractive, beautifully made amber preyer bead. These beads are likely to be from the Middle East, where they made FATURAN beads very specially made beads that are made from no longer available. They are a deep, beautiful cherry red colour with black inclusions that add beauty to them, these are very special.

This cherry red colour is the most wanted colour for collectors so yes this colour amber is very special. These beads also have traces of old wood peaking through that also add beauty to the beads.

What's also special about them and that's there are 33 beads. These preyer beads mostly consist of 99 or 33 beads, there are other amounts, but 99 and 33 are the most common. The number of beads has a significant religious meaning to the origin of where these beads were carved. They definitely have age written all over them , the tiny pendant is an old hand-made pendant that hands from a bright red bead.

I'm not sure what type of metal is used here. I can only tell its old hand-made tassel that I can't find anywhere online. I have done the bakelite test and they are definitely not bakelite so I have done a tiny needle test on the inner side of a bead, so tiny it is not noticeable at all because it is on the inside and I was astounded by the fragrance, it has this multifaceted fragrance very beautiful blended earthy smell with sweet pine smell. It's the most sweetest smell.

I have never smelt anything like that. The beautiful fragrance is one of a kind, I honestly don't think I will experience that fragrance ever again it's unbelievable. This is such a beautiful set of beads that they have everything going for them naturally.
